Social worker specializing in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law graduated from the National University of Colombia. With experience in the area of Human Rights, Differential and Gender Approaches, and processes aimed at Care and Reparation for victims of the armed conflict within the framework of the implementation of the Law on Victims and Land Restitution, and the Agreement Final for the Termination of the Armed Conflict. For this, the relationship and articulation with institutional actors, civil society organizations and the victims of the armed conflict have been essential.
